Central Parking and Fleet Master have been doing business for over four years now. Fleet Master provides us with a preventative maintenance program that keeps our vehicles on the road. Fast turn around on repairs, maintenance, tire services, alignments, a/c services, inspections and the list goes on. General Manager Wendy Hawkins is a class act and a true professional. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
Superior Plus Energy Service has been a customer of Fleet Master for many years and has always received excellent service. The employees are friendly and courteous and always ready to help. When I send my fleet there I know things will be done correctly, quickly and reasonably.
Since January 2000, we have purchased all of our diesel fuel for our fleet of buses along with much of our gasoline for the remainder of our fleet for a total of approximately 133 vehicles with much success. The programmed fuel cards have worked out great and your company [Fleet Master] has taken diligent steps to make each new card transaction effortless. The real-time web page for all of our transactions is easily accessible and user friendly. Fleet Master also provides a semi-monthly fuel management report which works out great with our fuel database, and your preparation of our tax refunds and reports has been a time-saver for our department. Fleet Master is a reputable company, returns phone calls promptly, and checks on our account in person on a weekly basis. Although we have not needed Fleet Master to help out much with our equipment repairs, it’s good to know that mechanics are available if needed for diesel repairs, tire services, alignments and road service. It has been a real pleasure working with Fleet Master for more than 10 years and we look forward to many more years to come.
